Who is this for?

It's for people who already love our beach house. We're opening Gulf Coast Club first to past guests and close friends and family. If you've stayed here before, you already know what you're getting. This is just a way to make sure you always have a path back.

Can I refer a friend to Gulf Coast Club?

Absolutely — and we love it when members do. Referrals from existing members are actually our preferred way to grow. If you know someone who'd be a great fit for the club, you'll have access to refer them once your membership is approved and we'll take it from there.

Can my referral be denied access?

Not likely - but, Gulf Coast Club is intentionally exclusive to protect availability and keep the experience personal. If we're at capacity when you refer someone, they'll be added to our waitlist and notified as soon as a spot opens.

How far in advance can I book?

There is no requirement for advanced booking. It is first-come, first-serve for all bookings.

What happens if my dates aren't available?

We'll let you know within 24 hours if your requested dates are unavailable. You're welcome to submit a new request with alternate dates. We cap available memberships to keep conflicts rare, but availability is never guaranteed, which is why we're transparent about it upfront.

Can I cancel anytime?

You may cancel your dates at any time through your account page. Any deposit paid will unfortunately be lost.

Is this a timeshare?

No. You are not purchasing any ownership interest, deeded weeks, or real estate rights of any kind. This is a private subscription-based membership that grants a license to use the property subject to availability. No deed changes hands. You can cancel anytime.
